$1 Million Outstanding Invoice Challenge – Additional Terms
These terms apply in addition to the general AskLuci Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of the Challenge
The $1 Million Outstanding Invoice Challenge (“Challenge”) is a time-limited educational and operational program designed to assist allied health clinic owners to identify, understand, and improve outstanding invoice processes within their business.
The Challenge includes:
Live group sessions
Educational guidance
Diagnostic tools, templates, and workflows
Optional tracking tools and exercises
The Challenge does not constitute accounting, legal, financial, or tax advice.
2. No Guarantee of Financial Outcomes
While the Challenge is designed to help participants identify and improve invoice recovery opportunities, AskLuci does not guarantee:
Recovery of any specific dollar amount
Recovery of all outstanding invoices
Improvement in revenue, profit, or cashflow
Outcomes within any specific timeframe
Any reference to “$1 million” is illustrative and collective, reflecting the aggregate potential of outstanding invoices across participating clinics, not a promise or representation of individual results.
3. Participant Responsibility
Participants acknowledge that outcomes depend on factors including, but not limited to:
Accuracy and completeness of clinic data
Existing billing practices and payer rules
Third-party payers (e.g. Medicare, NDIS, DVA, insurers)
Staff execution and internal processes
AskLuci is not responsible for delays, rejections, or non-payment by third parties.
4. Tools, Templates, and Resources
Any tools, templates, dashboards, or resources provided as part of the Challenge:
Are provided “as is”
Must be reviewed and adapted to the participant’s clinic
Do not replace professional accounting, legal, or compliance advice
Participants are responsible for ensuring all actions comply with:
Medicare requirements
NDIS rules
Private health fund agreements
Employment, payroll, and superannuation laws
5. Group Sessions & Confidentiality
Live sessions are delivered in a group environment.
Participants agree:
Not to share confidential information of other clinics
Not to record sessions unless explicitly permitted
That AskLuci may record sessions for internal or educational purposes
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Participation fees are non-refundable once the Challenge has commenced
Missed sessions do not entitle participants to refunds
Access may be revoked for conduct that disrupts the program or breaches these terms
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the Challenge remain the intellectual property of AskLuci, including:
Frameworks
Metrics (including AMCA)
Templates and workflows
Participants may use materials internally within their clinic but may not resell, distribute, or reproduce them externally.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskLuci’s liability in connection with the Challenge is limited to the amount paid to participate.
AskLuci is not liable for:
Lost revenue
Missed payments
Business interruption
Third-party decisions or system limitations
